JOINT TYPE JV
DESCRIPTION
Developed starting from the FP joint with 3 mm thick support plates and the upper folds of 90° respect to the vertical that guarantee the protection of the edges, the JV joint was created for the need of a lighter and more economical joint.
The bars are the rhomboidal ones of the H-type joint with a thickness ranging from 6 to 8mm depending on the final height of the joint.
COMPOSITION
The joint is composed of two suitably folded sheets 3 mm thick in S235 (one of the two sheets is significantly shorter than the other), the upper folds are inclined at an angle of 90° respect to the vertical to cover the more critical points where normally concrete is more easily damaged.
The sharing bars are in S235 steel and vary in thickness from 6 to 8mm depending on the total height of the joint.
USE
Used for the construction of classic floors where there are no particular heavy loads but large passage of trolleys or not too heavy means.
Recommended for simplicity of installation and its weight / strength ratio.

THE BIRTH
The JV type joint was created following a specific modification requested by a customer.
It was born for the need of a simple, light and more economical solution for less delicate and important floors.
