JOINT TYPE BH
DESCRIPTION
Joint that binds the strength of the upper blades sp.8mm with the incomparable reliability of the round bars sheathed in the oval tube.
The joint is slightly sturdier than a standard H-type joint due to the presence of a double sheet placed side by side and more tenacious than a B-type joint but using the same principle as sheathed barrels.
COMPOSITION
The joint is composed of two upper blades 40 * 8 in drawn steel S235 supported by two bent sheets having a thickness of 2mm.
The round sharing bars are in S275 steel and have a variable diameter of 15 or 20mm depending on the total height of the joint.
These bars are free to move horizontally inside the oval tube, while remaining constrained in the vertical direction.
USE
Used for the construction of floors where there is a strong passage of pallet trucks or forklifts due to the strength of the upper blades that protect the concrete edges.
Strongly recommended in the field of logistics and shopping centers also due to the incomparable functionality of the sheathed round bars.

The BH type joint was born recently due to a customer request to go to protect the concrete edge in a decisive way, but using the operating principle of the sheathed round bar.
