JOINT TYPE TC
DESCRIPTION
One of the new generation joint, developed with a different conception than in the past, also thanks to the use of new technologies which make some processes simpler and inaccessible years ago.
COMPOSITION
The joint is composed of two suitably bent sheets 3 mm thick in S235, above which are threaded appropriately shaped combs with a thickness of 5 mm which can be of different materials.
The rhomboidal sharing bars are the same as those of the H type S235 steel joint and a constant thickness of 6mm.
USE
Used for the construction of classic floors where there are no particular heavy loads but a large passage of trolleys or forklifts.
The shape of the upper combs has in fact been designed to minimize the stresses due to the passage of the wheels on the corners of the concrete plates so as to never have the net and immediate passage of loads from one plate to another.

THE BIRTH
The joint type TC or "technic" was born and developed recently also following the feedback of the final customers.
A joint that visually presents itself very well and that performs its function precisely.
It is born for the need to eliminate those direct and immediate solicitations that appear in all those joints that have a straight linear profile, and for the need of an aesthetically more beautiful profile to see.
