JOINT TYPE TC FOR REPAIRS
DESCRIPTION
One of the new generation joints, developed with a different conception than in the past, also thanks to the use of new technologies which make some processes simpler and inaccessible years ago.
Used for repairing old and damaged floors.
COMPOSITION
The joint is composed of two suitably bent sheets 3 mm thick in S235, above which are threaded appropriately shaped combs with a thickness of 5 mm which can be of different materials.
Above the combs are fixed support plates which are used to level the joint with the upper edge of the existing floor.
USE
Used for the realization of repairs where there are no particular heavy loads but a large passage of trolleys or forklifts.
The shape of the upper combs has been designed to minimize the stresses due to the passage of the wheels on the corners of the concrete plates so as to never have the net and immediate passage of loads from one plate to another.

THE BIRTH
The joint type TC FOR REPAIRS was born and developed recently following the feedback of the final customers.
A joint that visually presents itself very well and that performs its function precisely.
It is born for the need to go to repair or restore the damaged edges of old floors and also eliminate those direct and immediate stresses that appear in all those joints that have a straight linear profile.
